Q: Why can't I access my Online Library?

A1: Our Online Libraries are subscription based, which means they will eventually expire. Since the subscriptions are only active between the annual meetings of your particular association, the Online Library you purchased will expire the same week that the next meeting occurs.  For example, say your particular association holds its annual meeting every November, but you purchased the Online library in February - your subscription will expire in November when the next meeting occurs. If you wish to retain access, you will have to renew your subscription through our web store.

A2: Let's say you purchased your Online Library subscription onsite (at the conference). You most likely received an access code which is to be used to activate your purchase.  If you do this within 3 weeks following the conference, you probably won't see every session available.  We have a dedicated team of content editors who work tirelessly to edit every session so it looks and performs just right. Depending upon the size of the conference, this process can take up to 3 weeks following its conclusion. Please allow adequate time for every session to be uploaded.

Q: Why didn't I get my Rush Order in 2 days?

A1: Our Rush Order option only expedites the handling process, it doesn't expedite the shipping process. Depending upon the size of the order, we will  ship it either via First Class Mail or UPS Standard Ground (UPS Worldwide Expedited for International orders). Once a conference has been fully edited and produced, it can take up to a week to process (handle) a single order and then approximately a week to be delivered once it's in the carrier's hands. If you pay for a Rush on your order, the processing time is reduced to 2 days instead of a week. This option doesn't affect the speed of shipping.

A2: Let's say you placed your order directly from our web store following the conclusion of a particular conference and you paid for it to be Rushed. Depending upon the size of the conference, it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to fully edit and produce the media before it can be shipped. Your Rush payment will put you at the "front of the line" and your order will be the first to go out once the media is ready for shipment.
